The real problem

Why Your Washer Still Smells

You've tried hot water, vinegar, leaving the door open. The smell keeps coming back.

Here's why:

Pet hair + detergent = biofilm that traps bacteria. That bacteria makes your laundry smell.

Vinegar can't dissolve it. Bleach can't remove it. You're fighting a buildup problem.

fello™ dissolves the biofilm, breaks down pet hair, and kills odor-causing bacteria.

Four kinds of buildup inside a washing machine

One tablet, one cycle

What Happens After One Wash

First 10 minutes
Tablet reaches gunk in your drum, gasket, and hoses.

End of cycle
Pet hair dissolved. Sludge flushed. Bacteria eliminated.

Open the door
No musty smell. No wet-dog funk. Just clean.

Next load
Clothes smell like detergent—not dirty washer. No more rewashing.

After 2-3 uses
Washer smells like new.

Built for pet hair

Why Other Solutions Failed

Vinegar can't dissolve pet hair buildup.

Bleach only kills surface bacteria.

Generic tablets are made for hard water—not pet hair.

fello™ uses enzyme technology specifically designed to break down protein-based pet hair and flush out odor-causing sludge. It's the only cleaner formulated for pet owners.

Four steps

How To Use It

Empty your washer completely
Drop one fello™ tablet directly into the drum.
Run a hot or cleaning cycle — no detergent needed.
Wipe the drum if needed and enjoy a fresher, cleaner washer.

Over 3,000 pet owners report a fresher washer with fello™

Based on customer feedback after using fello™ Washing Machine Cleaner:

92%

"My washer smells like new again."

89%

"I'm not rewashing loads anymore."

86%

"The dog smell is gone from my laundry."

Your washer works the way it's supposed to again.

From doubt to decision

Doubts? We’ll make it clear.

I've tried other washing machine tablets before and they didn't work. How is fello™ different?

Most tablets target hard water and soap scum. They're not built for pet hair. Pet hair is protein-based — it bonds with detergent residue and forms a biofilm that standard cleaners can't touch. fello™ uses an enzyme formula specifically designed to dissolve that protein-based buildup. That's why other tablets felt like they did nothing.

How often do I use the tablets?

Every two weeks in a pet household.

Homes with a shedding dog or cat rebuild residue faster than the average home — the fortnightly rhythm stops biofilm re-forming between cleans. Fewer pets, or a short-haired breed? Monthly is plenty. Either way, run one the moment you catch a musty note off a fresh load.

Where do I put the tablet?

Straight into the empty drum — not the detergent drawer.

The drawer flushes early in the cycle, so a tablet placed there dissolves before it ever reaches the gasket, hoses, and the space behind the drum where pet hair buildup actually lives. Dropped in the drum, it works through the whole wash.

How long does one box last?

24 tablets. At every two weeks — the pet-household rhythm — that's a full year in one box.

Will this work with my washing machine?

If it washes clothes, fello™ works in it.

Front-loaders, top-loaders, high-efficiency, stainless or white interiors — the formula is safe across every common machine type and won't damage seals, gaskets, or the drum finish.

Is fello™ septic-safe?

Yes. fello™ is fully septic-safe and biodegradable. It breaks down completely in the rinse cycle with no harmful residue left behind.

Is this a subscription or a one-time purchase?

One-time purchase. No hidden subscriptions, no automatic charges. You order when you want to.

99-Day "Washer Smells Like New" Guarantee

Use fello™ for 99 days.

If you don't open your washer and smell nothing (no mildew, no wet dog), stop rewashing loads, and feel confident having guests over...

...we'll refund every penny. No questions asked.

You're not buying tablets. You're buying peace of mind.
